Our products are produced and packaged by HI Foods Ltd. in London's Mission Kitchen, a licensed commercial kitchen.

Our products can be kept in a cool, dry place, and should be consumed within 30 days of opening.

Our products are packaged with planet in mind in recyclable pouches, designed for portability and on-the-go convenience.

We aim to process all orders within 2 - 3 business days. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. If you place your order on a Friday after 3PM GMT, we will make every effort to fulfill your order before the weekend but may not process until the following Monday. As a small business, we'll do our best to deliver as quickly as we can!

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Check back soon for international shipping!

HI Foods does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue credit for unused products for safety and quality reasons. If you have received a damaged product, let us know here. If you believe your order is incorrect, please get in touch with us at hello@hifoods.co.uk within 14 days of the date of purchase so we can make it right.
