At HI Foods, we’re creating a new blueprint for female health through food.
Our mission is to make eating for hormonal health easy and intuitive.
What does it actually mean to eat for hormonal health?
Because the reproductive and digestive systems are intricately connected, the microbiome influences the movement and behaviour of hormones throughout the body. The health of the microbiome determines how we feel, how much energy we have, how our body functions, and most importantly, what our longterm health looks like.
Our daily food choices can support and optimize the health of the microbiome and by extension, our hormonal health.
Dietary adjustments are a non-pharmacological approach to managing hormonal health that can*:
Potentially reduce anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of endometriosis
Maintains the health of the gut microbiome, which is connected to the microbiome of breast tissue
*Always consult with your GP if you are experiencing any health issues; HI Foods products and any information provided by HI Foods are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
